    WILLIAMSBURG — As part of the festivities of the Williamsburg Whiskey and Wine Weekend, visitors can also celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Copper Fox Distillery. Copper Fox, which has a Williamsburg location at 901 Capital Landing Road, opened in Sperryville in 2005.     JAMES CITY COUNTY — Interstate 64 westbound lanes were closed Tuesday after a dump truck became stuck underneath an overpass, blocking all traffic near the Toano exit in James City County. According to the Virginia State Police, the single-vehicle crash occurred at approximately 2:15 p.m.The Virginia Department of Transportation put a detour in place, routing westbound traffic off of exit 227 onto Old Stage Road. The driver was hospitalized with minor injuries.
