    The New South Wales Government in Australia has appointed Mr Bola Oyetunji of Nigerian descent as its next Auditor-General. Premier Chris Minns announced the appointment of Oyetunji as the next Auditor-General last Wednesday. Mr Oyetunji will be sworn into office in April when the current Auditor-General Margaret Crawford concludes her eight-year term. Mr Oyetunji was appointed following a merit-based recruitment process, a statement on the government website said.
