District 2 Supervisor Robb Tucker pulled the item from consent and said this resolution specifically shouldn’t be on the consent portion of the agenda. “I just don’t know if these symbolic resolutions that are somewhat controversial is what we should be doing here at the county.” He abstained on the vote that passed 4-0.
