As more of our veterans pass away, it is essential to create this long-awaited museum as soon as possible. Dr. Hector Farias, the great-great-grandson of Juan Francisco Farias, who donated the house for the museum, addressed the Webb County commissioners.

After 73 years, the remains of a Laredoan who served in the Korean War are coming home. The Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency announced that Army Sgt.
