The poignant words carved on to a bench in memory of a local woman who loved the lines, as said by the Tolkein character Gandalf. Whilst the traffic rushes by on the new Port Access Northern Cross Route, the bench dedicated to the memory of Jena McHugh Bulman provides a tranquil spot for walkers to rest awhile. Jena was just 42 when she died and the bench was a gift from developers Castlethorn, who are building hundreds of houses close to the new road, as her widower Darren explains.
