    The family of an 87 year old man are seeking to have his body exhumed in a bid to prove he was assaulted before his death. However, they will need the approval of Justice Minister Jim O'Callaghan to proceed with the exhumation of Liam Farrell, who was found dead under suspicious circumstances outside his home in Rooskey, Co Leitrim, in January 2020. Despite a postmortem indicating a heart attack as the cause of death, unexplained bruises and marks were present on Mr. Farrell's body.
