Amber spends much of her freetime supporting causes that she is passionate about. Amber has two sons, Dax and Xander. Dax was born in 2018 withTetralogy of Fallot, a congenital heart defect. MADISON (WKOW) -- Gov. Tony Evers and the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) announced more than $2.5 million to support three new housing developments across the state, one of them in Dane County. The developments will provide more than 120 new workforce housing units. The funding is provided by the Vacancy-to-Vitality and Infrastructure Access Loan Programs, which were created through bipartisan legislation and supported by $525 million.

MIDDLETON (WKOW) -- Middleton had a record-breaking year for visitor spending in 2024. According to the newest Tourism Economic Impact Report, Middleton welcomed $206.9 million in visitor spending, the highest recorded and a 3.3 percent increase from 2023. Compared to 2019, spending has increased by more than 17 percent, reflecting sustained momentum and growing interest in the city as a travel destination.

The sixth annual Stop the Violence Save the Children Community Supper was held at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church on the west side of Madison. Representatives from community organizations were there with resources. There were also games and activities for kids of all ages. Sheray Wallace is the founder of Meadowood Health Partnership, a community health office.
