CULLMAN, Ala. (WIAT) — Rock the South kicked off with a rainy start on Thursday. Some campers say they had to overcome a few hurdles due to the rain. CBS 42 met up with Avery Person, her sister, Reece, her dad, Brian Person, and his girlfriend, Tiffany Street at their campsite near the smaller stage. Street said a lightning delay pushed them back, but after that, things moved smoothly.
