(WWBT) - Frost Advisories and even some freeze warnings are likely to be issued by the National Weather Service for tomorrow night into Wednesday Morning (4/8-4/9)This frost is entirely normal for us as our typical last frost in Richmond happens around this mid April. A frost on surfaces can occur when air temperatures are in the mid 30s, but frosts don’t typically damage fruit trees that are setting blooms.
