CLEVELAND — Newly released body-worn camera footage is providing a closer look at the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's chase that ended with a suspect dead and an innocent woman critically injured. The pursuit began at 9:49 p.m. on March 28. Incident reports claim deputies saw a driver ignore a red traffic signal in a car with expired tags. Based on the expired tags and the driving behavior, deputies believed the car could be stolen.

WILLOUGHBY HILLS, Ohio — This weekend, the City of Willoughby Hills launched a new online dashboard with real-time information on Chagrin River water levels. The launch comes as many portions of Northeast Ohio are recovering from a weekend of severe weather and flash flooding. “We use these monitors essentially to gather the data to tell us what the water level is,” said Willoughby Hills Fire Chief Robert Gandee.

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio — Everybody is safe after a school bus became engulfed in flames while on its way to Monticello Middle School in Cleveland Heights early Thursday morning at the corner of Cambridge and Northampton roads. The Cleveland Heights Fire Department shared several pictures on Facebook that show flames pouring out of the bus windows. You can see those images in the post below.

CLEVELAND — As the temperatures continue to drop in Northeast Ohio, needs continue to rise as people search for shelter from the cold. Emily Collins, senior advisor to Cleveland Mayor Justin Bibb, says so far this year around 250 people have utilized warming centers in the city. “This year, we've seen higher utilization than in prior years,” said Collins.
