AMHERST, Ohio — Nicholas DeJesus, 27, is in the Lorain County Jail, accused of shooting an innocent woman during a road rage incident in Amherst Township on Monday. DeJesus appeared in court virtually Tuesday afternoon for his arraignment. He is facing six counts of felonious assault and one count of illegal discharge of a firearm. According to Major Audali Torres of the Lorain County Sheriff’s Office, the incident happened just before 8 a.m. Monday morning.
