    Heads up Bellinghamsters: Washington state Department of Transportation will be doing construction during the early morning into early afternoon on southbound Interstate 5 between Bakerview Road and Guide Meridian Thursday and Friday. During that time, one lane of traffic will be shut down. From 3:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, April 17, the left lane of southbound I-5 between Bakerview Road and Sunset Drive/State Route 542 will be closed for overhead sign replacement, according to WSDOT.
