CLEVELAND — Cocky's Bagels and Sandwiches is not your typical bagel shop and they are completely fine with that. The duo behind the dough is Keene and Natalie Cockburn. Their motto: "Eat more hole foods," which is proudly stamped on the wall of their Flats location in downtown Cleveland. Their bagel obsession starts with Keene who has been a bagel aficionado since he was a kid. "He literally did not like bread growing up," said his wife and co-owner Natalie.
