The wound care clinic at the Spencer hospital has a hyperbaric oxygen therapy. By breathing 100 percent oxygen in a pressurized chamber, patients with specific types of injuries can heal better. Hyperbaric therapies require specialized equipment and trained personnel, because it can be dangerous if not done by medical professionals.

    NORTH SIOUX CITY, S.D. (KCAU) — A changing of the guard took place in North Sioux City on Tuesday night. City council members wrapped up their outstanding duties just before an all-new commission form of government was sworn in. The new mayor and four commissioners will now lead the Union County community. The first meeting in North Sioux City involved canvassing two election races that had recounts: the one-year and four-year commissioner races. City council members certified those races.
