Disagreements have centered on business decisions and internal reorganisation, according to sources familiar with the matter and documents seen by The Sunday Times. Four Star Pizza is a franchised pizza delivery business owned by Michael Holland, owner of the Fitzwilliam Hotel.

Searches of bogland in Co.Offaly have resumed this morning as part of the investigation into the murder of Fiona Pender. She went missing in 1996. Gardai are searching a remote rural area near Killeigh village, about 10km outside Tullamore. The area is being excavated and forensically and technically examined over the coming days. Fiona Pender, who was 25 when she went missing, was last seen on 23 August 1996 at her flat on Church Street in Tullamore.
