Éxodo Hospitality Group, a Latino group working briskly in the city, will open Matilda, a Mexican-Peruvian restaurant, and Clandestino, a cocktail lounge just below the restaurant, in River North today. Matilda is the latest Peruvian-Mexican fusion restaurant from Éxodo, whose owners hail from Venezuela and Peru.
