This year’s ceremony will look a little different than in the past. “Based upon the event that took place at the Show Me Center last year during our graduation ceremony, we made a lot of big and small visible, invisible protocols that were implemented throughout our district. And a team of researchers traveled from Virginia to survey the damage in Butler County, Missouri. “It is very rare for us to see a mobile home park that was directly hit by a tornado,” said Monica Arul, assistant professor at Virginia Tech. That is why this group of researchers came to Poplar Bluff.
