    MALDEN, W.Va. (WSAZ) - Firefighters battled an early morning fire at a house in Malden. The call came into 911 around 6:30 a.m. Friday at a home on Washington Avenue and 98th Street. Neighbors told WSAZ that no one had lived in the house for a couple of months. The house was heavily damaged, especially in the back part of the building.     HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) - A busy street in Huntington was blocked by emergency crews on Thursday morning. A three-car crash happened just before 7:30 a.m. near the intersection of 29th Street and 5th Avenue. Police officers on scene told WSAZ that no major injuries were reported, but that everyone was being checked out by EMS. 29th Street was reopened once the vehicles were removed.     CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) - A man has been rushed to the hospital after being stabbed in the leg. According to the Charleston Police Department, the stabbing happened around 12:30 p.m. Monday in the 300 block of Reynolds Street. Police told WSAZ they’re looking for the man who stabbed the victim.     RAND, W.Va. (WSAZ) - A woman and her pet escaped their burning home in Kanawha County. The call came into 911 at 1:42 a.m. Wednesday of a fire in the 5700 block of Raven Drive in Rand. According to the fire chiefs from both Rand and Malden Fire Departments, a woman and her dog were able to get out of the home. No injuries were reported.     South Charleston, W.Va. (WSAZ) - Traffic is backed up in the westbound lanes of I-64 in South Charleston at mile marker 54. A 911 supervisor told WSAZ that a two-vehicle crash happened around 7:44 a.m. Wednesday near the MacCorkle Avenue westbound exit. The supervisor said injuries are reported.
