BRIDGEPORT - Sgt. Marlon Campo, a city police academy instructor who was on paid leave for about four months amid an investigation into sexual misconduct allegations, has been fired. "As a result of a discipline hearing on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, Sergeant Marlon Campo's employment with the Bridgeport Police Department was terminated effective immediately," Chief Roderick Porter said in a statement Wednesday.
