At least four people were killed when severe weather, including two possible tornadoes, swept through St. Louis, Missouri, on Friday afternoon, authorities saidMayor Cara Spencer announced the fatalities during a news conference. Over 30 people were injured after a shuttle bus crashed into a ditch in Missouri on Saturday morning. At around 10:45 a.m., the driver of a Freightliner shuttle bus heading westbound on State Highway 100 west of Eagles Nest Drive in Gasconade County traveled off the right side of the road, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. The driver then allegedly overcorrected and veered off the left side of the road, hitting a ditch. Officials did not disclose the cause of the crash.

A kangaroo hopping along an Alabama highway Tuesday caused a two-vehicle crash and a roadway closure as authorities helped capture the animal, they said. The collision on Interstate 85 in Macon County, Georgia, between Tuskegee and Auburn, was reported just before noon, the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency said in a statement. No injuries were reported.
