    The world has gained 19 nurses after Mid-Plains Community College awarded associate degrees of nursing Friday to the class of 2025. Family, friends and instructors filed into the McDonald-Belton gym on North Platte Community College’s South Campus for the graduation and pinning ceremony. Director of Nursing Dr. Kathy Harrison introduced the students to College President Ryan Purdy and spoke about the students she has had the honor of overseeing.
