MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Wednesday afternoon, a jury found three former Memphis Police officers not guilty of 21 counts in the state trial related to Tyre Nichols' death, shocking many in the community. But FOX13 Legal Expert, Attorney Andre Wharton, said he was only somewhat surprised by the verdicts. "It's a tough, tough verdict, but I'm not totally surprised," said Wharton. "There are a lot of different dynamics that went into, I'm sure, this jury's verdict.
