The Beacon is a custom-made temporary building which can be put up and taken down quickly and was commissioned by the Bradford 2025 team. The cabin, which measures 2.4m by 1.8m (8ft by 6ft), has a bed, toilet and electrical supply for guests who are carefully vetted by the charities Shine West Bowling and Hope Housing.
