According to the Benton Police Department (BPD), the incident took place around 7:30 p.m. Friday night as officers responded to reports of a "disturbance" involving two people at the 15900 block of North Service Road.

ARKANSAS, USA — The Pike County Sheriff's Department announced on Monday that an Arkansas pastor has been sentenced to 110 years in prison. The man — James Vincent Henry who worked as a pastor in Delight, Arkansas — pleaded guilty to 11 child sexual abuse material charges. As result, Henry received 10 years per count for a total of 110 years in prison. Back in October of 2024, Henry was initially arrested for his involvement in the possession and distribution of child sexual abuse materials.
