The University of Wisconsin men's and women's track and field teams wrapped up the collegiate season over the weekend with a strong showing at the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships in Eugene, Oregon. Senior Jason Swarens earned the Badgers' first medal of the tournament on the first day of action Wednesday, kicking off the competition with a second-place finish in the shot put at the University of Oregon's Hayward Field.
