    Family and friends are remembering Kelly Farmer. The Dorchester County Coroner confirmed Farmer, 46, was killed Sunday in a hit and run near downtown Summerville. “It's a tough day,” said Frank Johnson, public information officer for the City of Goose Creek. The incident happened around 7 a.m. near Tabby Lane, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol. Officials said the driver left after hitting Farmer, who was pronounced dead at the scene. “Kelly was well-liked, well respected.
