FSCC interim president to depart after 2025 school year

FORT SCOTT, Kan. — Fort Scott Community College is looking for a new president. Interim president Sara Sutton announced she will not continue her role past this academic year. Her final day will be June 30. She took the job on July 1 after Dr. Jason Kegler was placed on administrative leave and the board of trustees said he would not be returning. The hope is to have a new president in place before Sutton leaves so she can help with the transition.
