Ryan McCullough, 42. KSNF/KODE — A Neodesha man who pleaded guilty to killing another man will spend less than a decade in prison. Late last week, a judge sentenced Ryan McCullough, 42, to just over five years in prison. Back in March, McCullough pleaded no contest to one count of battery. As part of his plea, the prosecutor dismissed a charge of second-degree murder against him. On May 5 of last year, McCullough got into a fight with David Wintjen, 63, of Coffeyville. Wintjen died a few days later.
