Police said 73-year-old Yingli “Lily” Lu was hit by a driver near 6200 South Wasatch Boulevard. The accident happened around 7:00 a.m. on Monday morning.     SALT LAKE CITY — Utah officials are now offering $30,000 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person who shot and killed a wild horse on the Onaqui Heard Management Area.     SALT LAKE CITY — The Utah Supreme Court heard arguments on Wednesday on Amendment D, which if passed, would allow lawmakers to change or repeal citizen-led ballot initiatives. A lower court judge voided the question from the ballot earlier this month because she believed the way the legislature worded the question was misleading. The state is now hoping for a reprieve from the Utah Supreme Court. It could likely take days before the court issues a ruling.
