QUINCY — The Quincy School Board could be headed to court in an effort to resolve ongoing heating, ventilation and air conditioning issues at Lincoln-Douglas Elementary School. Board members at a special meeting Friday morning adopted a resolution appointing St. Louis based Stinson LLP as the school district’s legal representative and authorized filing suit against Klingner and Associates and Maas Construction, Inc.
