    MOUNT STERLING, Ill. — Dot Foods continues its support for science, technology, engineering and math in area schools with a new grant program. The Mount Sterling-based company will award up to $150,000 in total funding, with individual grants up to $15,000, to schools in Brown County and 10 of its neighbors – Adams, Cass, Fulton, Greene, Hancock, McDonough, Morgan, Pike, Schuyler and Scott counties.

    QUINCY — Bella Ease plans to use a grant through the Illinois State Board of Education to launch a new program offering additional academic support for students in grades six through 12 in Quincy’s public and parochial schools. The program, known as mPower, will be in place for the 2025-26 school year.
