Martin Ponsford, 49, of Buxton Road in Frettenham, north of Norwich, died at the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital (N&N) on June 5.

    The youngster had been exhibiting cold symptoms but her condition deteriorated and she began vomiting and became unconscious. She was seen at the hospital on December 16, but was sent home.    However, the Grove House Infant School pupil continued vomiting and was taken back to hospital on the morning of her death.    Just a few hours later, her heart stopped and could not be restarted.

    Normandie Tower in Norwich (Image: Newsquest) A 56-year-old woman died after taking a cocktail of drugs, a court has heard.   The body of Jerry-Lee Green was found at a property on Hansard Road in the Mile Cross area of Norwich on January 5. Born in West Germany, she had been living at Normandie Towers on Rouen Road. An inquest into her death was recently opened by area coroner Samantha Goward at Norfolk Coroner’s Court.

The evening also featured an exciting auction with once-in-a-lifetime prizes including a VIP shadowing experience at Banham Zoo, a private chef for six and an NCFC executive box – raising in excess of  £19,000. The money raised has provided a fantastic kickstart to fundraising for GoGoSafari, with all funds going to Break to support their work with young people in, around and leaving care.
