Albert Keeling died at his home in Fred Ackland Drive, King's Lynn, on May 27. Leigh Rolfe, of Scole, near Diss, died just a five-minute walk away from his home on May 25 after carrying out an act to end his own life. Bartlomiej Kuczynski killed his daughters, Jasmin and Natasha, aged 12 and eight, and their 36-year-old aunt, Kanticha Sukpengpanao, on January 19 last year.   Afterwards, the 45-year-old took his own life.

During the first section of a four-day inquest into his death being held at Norfolk Coroner’s Court this week, it was heard that he had previously lived in the Norfolk village of Upwell, between Wisbech and Downham Market. In June 2023, he moved into accommodation at Mill House in Gayton, where he was “stable” but remained “isolated and withdrawn”.

Madelaine Coutinho, from Norwich, worked as a personal assistant and farm administrator for the Crown Point Estate, which is owned by the Colman family. She died at her Golden Triangle home on May 11 last year and an inquest opened into her death almost three weeks later.
