INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Two teens were stable after a drive-by shooting Monday night in a residential neighborhood on the city’s west side, Indianapolis police say. Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department was called to a report of a person shot just before 9:25 p.m. Monday in the 1400 block of Butternut Lane. That’s in the Woodpointe subdivision off 10th Street west of Country Club Road. IMPD says the teens were found shot inside a home. They were taken to Riley Hospital for Children.

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The National CMV Foundation will be represented at the 2024 TCS New York City Marathon on Sunday. The foundation aims to raise awareness for a virus — cytomegalovirus — that’s dangerous to pregnant women and newborns. The foundation will be represented in the marathon by a runner from Indianapolis. The foundation’s executive director, Khaliah Fleming, and Indianapolis runner, Matthew Partain, talked with News 8’s Phil Sanchez for Wednesday night’s “UnPHILtered.”
