    MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - A Portage man was arrested on Saturday for what would be his fourth OWI offense, according to a news release from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. Wisconsin State Patrol DeForest Post came to the scene after reports of a driver slumped over in the driver’s seat and partially obstructing traffic on the westbound ramp to I-39/90/94 northbound in Columbia County.

With a different broadcast schedule due to Olympics coverage, we didn’t want to cut the segment completely, so we moved it to our streaming show, 15 News+. Ruger won over the whole newsroom with his calm demeanor, but don’t worry — his foster mom said he still loves to play and take walks. He has lots of puppy energy!The 14-week-old mixed breed pup is being fostered through Underdog Pet Rescue of Wisconsin.

    MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - Two people have been charged in the death of a man whose body was found in rural Juneau County last week. Donald Dalberg, 47, of Grand Marsh, is charged with first-degree intentional homicide in connection with the killing of 57-year-old Floyd A. Burdick of Grand Marsh, according to a criminal complaint. Dalberg was also charged with arson as party to a crime in connection with the murder.

    MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - As the snow returns with another dusting, the city of Madison is still working to get all streets cleared from the last snow event. In an update Tuesday afternoon, Streets Superintendent Charlie Romines said plows will begin work on all streets across the city starting at 3 p.m.Prior to the plowing efforts, Romines said crews began salt routes earlier in the afternoon, applying salt to those routes as needed.
