CHICAGO - What’s old is new again, and it’s paving the way for some bright futures in Lockport. What we know: "A few years ago, the high school surplussed their sewing machines. And I thought it would be a real waste for these to go," said Janine Wheeler, president of the Lockport Woman’s Club.
