    BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) - A Bismarck man was arrested and charged with terrorizing after he threatened to kill a woman’s service dog. In an affidavit, witnesses told Bismarck police officers they were outside on East C Avenue on June 1 when 33-year-old Gerald White Eagle began to bark and growl at the victim’s service dog from across the street. The victim told officers she asked White Eagle to stop since it was “riling up” her dog.

    BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) - A Bismarck man was arrested and charged with exchanging sexual videos of children. Bismarck police officers arrested 25-year-old Adrian Candido-Zavala on May 30 after a months-long investigation of his Kik messaging history. Investigators say Cadido-Zavala exchanged multiple videos of girls between the ages of nine and 16 with other Kik users. His bond was set at $10,000.     BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) - Traffic lanes on 3rd Street between Expressway and Main Avenue in Bismarck will be closed for construction starting Monday. City Engineer Gabe Schell said they’ll alternate which lanes are going to be closed for the duration of the project. On top of routine repairs, he said the city plans on making some changes to pedestrian crosswalks in the area.
