(KFYR) - Prosecutors charged a Fort Yates man with trespassing, terrorizing and attempted simple assault after witnesses say he kicked in the door of a residence with minors inside. Three minors told Bismarck police they were walking home from the park when 19-year-old Zachery Keepseagle threatened them. The children told police they tried to get into a mobile home and lock it behind them, but they weren’t able to latch the deadbolt before Keepseagle kicked the door in.

    BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) - Prosecutors charged a Bismarck man with reckless endangerment for pointing a gun at another man at the Crossroads Tavern in Bismarck. Officers say surveillance video shows 23-year-old Omar Alvarado Campos getting between a fist fight between two other men outside the bar. They say Campos pulled out a handgun and pointed it at one of the men. When officers arrested Campos two weeks later, they found cocaine in his front pocket. Campos’ bond was set at $5,000.

    CASS COUNTY, N.D. (KFYR) - A St. Thomas, North Dakota, man is being charged for threatening a federal official via a series of emails. Investigators said Charles Dalzell referenced this weekend’s Minnesota shootings, which left a lawmaker and her husband dead, and two others injured. F.B.I agents began investigating Dalzell after the U.S. Attorney’s office in North Dakota received an email threatening specific state officials.
