Fishing Hall of Fame Member Johnnie Candle has been a fishing guide for a long time, and he knows if something is working, why would you have to change it? This summer on Devils Lake, Candle’s go-to bait behind a bottom bouncer is the subject of this week’s Pro’s Pointer. “If you’ve been around walleye fishing much in the last couple decades, I’m sure you’ve heard of a smile blade, and if you haven’t, here’s what they are,” began Candle.
