AURORA, IL — An Aurora man, 35, died April 12 after he was shot twice in the 400 block of Weston Avenue, police said Monday evening. Aurora police were dispatched at 3:34 a.m. to the east side of Aurora after receiving a report of a person with a weapon. The preliminary investigation indicates the shooting stemmed from a dispute between the victim and an acquaintance.
