A man from Laois has been arrested on suspicion of stealing dogs, a BMW, obstructing police and drug driving in Wales. North Wales Police are trying to locate the owners of one of two dogs which were in a BMW X5 that was stopped in Colwyn Bay on the afternoon of Tuesday, June 3. Police were called shortly before 2pm following a report that a vehicle towing a caravan had been seen weaving in the carriageway of the A55. Officers responded and caught up with the vehicle – a BMW X5.

Laois Gardaí are appealing for information after a car was interfered with in Stradbally overnight. The incident happened at Cill Beg Manor in Stradbally at around 1.30am this morning, Wednesday, June 4. READ ALSO: Gardaí issue appeal over Portarlington car theft Gardai said an unlocked car was opened and searched but nothing was taken. There car wasn't damaged during the incident.
