    A man from Laois has been arrested on suspicion of stealing dogs, a BMW, obstructing police and drug driving in Wales.  North Wales Police are trying to locate the owners of one of two dogs which were in a BMW X5 that was stopped in Colwyn Bay on the afternoon of Tuesday, June 3. Police were called shortly before 2pm following a report that a vehicle towing a caravan had been seen weaving in the carriageway of the A55. Officers responded and caught up with the vehicle – a BMW X5.

    A kind person who handed in a ring they found in a Laois service station, has made a passing driver very happy. Evelyn Quinlan from Cork was "extremely upset" last Saturday, May 31 when she lost a beautiful ring that was special to her, in the Applegreen at the Maldron motorway service in Portlaoise.
