Emergency services were called to the major road at Trowse just after 10am on Sunday after a collision involving a car and a motorbike. The road was blocked towards Norwich while the vehicles were recovered and forensic investigations were carried out. Heavy traffic and long queues formed in the area. The biker, a man aged in his 20s, was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital with what were initially believed to be serious, life-changing injuries.

Police were called to Bishopgate in Norwich just before 2am on Monday. They had received reports that three men were arguing. Officers attended and managed to speak to two of the men, but the third fled the scene. READ MORE: Woman punched in Prince of Wales Road He was found in a pond a short while later and refused to cooperate with police. Fire and ambulance crews were also called out to assist.

The group of eight swans normally lives in Bure Park in Great Yarmouth, where they are kept well-fed and looked after. On Sunday, a series of social media posts revealed they had not been seen since Thursday evening and a local photographer - who publishes his work under the name Oliv3r Drone Photography - used his aerial camera to help find them. He located the flock soon afterwards and snapped an image of them soaking up the sun just a stone's throw away.

Frank Reader has rallied a team of 11 people together to complete the Victory Super Sprint Triathlon in North Walsham on June 29. The group, which is collectively known as Team Awesome, will be raising money for the East of England Air Ambulance (EAAA) in honour of Mr Reader's family friends, Maisie Lossau and her mother Dawn, two beloved members of the community which the charity helped in their final hours.
