The affordable housing lottery is for Baisley Pond Park Residences in Queens. Baisley Pond Park Residences has 25 studio apartments available for $784 a month. A single person making between $26,880 and $54,350 would qualify. A couple making between $26,880 and $62,150 would qualify. The building has three one-bedroom apartments available for $980 a month.
