The swarm was seen on the corner of West 38th Street and Seventh Avenue.     NEW YORK (PIX11) — JFK Airport is relocating all rideshare passenger pickups at Terminal 4 to the Lot 66 Ride App & Car Services Pickup location. Beginning May 13, passengers looking for a ride-share from Terminal 4 between noon and 2 a.m. the next day should take a free shuttle bus departing from the Terminal 4 arrivals level to the new pickup location, according to the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
