Jennifer Dulos’ disappearance thrusts New Canaan into national spotlight

NEW CANAAN — As news organizations and dozens of state and federal authorities have descended on this small affluent town since Jennifer Dulos disappeared more than a week ago, residents have tried to take the sudden attention in stride. Jennifer Dulos’ estranged husband, Fotis Dulos, and his girlfriend, Michelle Troconis, were arraigned Monday in Norwalk on tampering with evidence and hindering prosecution charges.
New Canaan’s Kay Reilly, 97, loved her birthday parade. But the event was a sign of the seclusion the coronavirus crisis poses to seniors like her.
