    HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) - Our Saturday will be mostly dry, temperatures settling in the mid to low 50s for the daytime highs. We could see a few scattered light rain showers towards the mountains today, but other than that everyone will remain dry.

    HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) - This weekend we are expecting on and off rainfall, so flooding concerns persist through the weekend. We we go through the day today most scattered showers stay north and west, though scattered showers elsewhere can’t be ruled out. Some storms could be strong as we go through the day today but overall the severe weather risk is rather low. The main concern is flooding this weekend.

    HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) - Today is a First Alert Weather Day across the viewing area. There is a possibility of scattered strong to severe thunderstorms as we go through the late afternoon hours through the rest of this evening. The main concern today is the damaging wind gusts that could flow through these thunderstorms. The chances of tornadic activity are very low. Daytime highs will be in the 90s today. Tomorrow is much better, temperatures into the low 80s.

    HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) - Today and tomorrow temperatures will be in the low 80s and humidity will be low, so this is the perfect last few days of summer for kids all across the region before they go back to school next week. For the county fairs ending tonight, Mason County, Carter County, and Scioto County, it will be a great last night for those activities. Overnight lows fall into the 50s overnight tonight into Sunday morning.

    HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) - Tonight brings the chance of scattered showers and thunderstorms across the region. Not all will see rain, these are not widespread showers or storms. Overnight, rain chances end after around 4 AM, leaving patchy fog possible as we go through the early morning hours on Sunday. Sunday brings minimal rain chances and temperatures in the high 80s. Tomorrow will be a sunshiny day as we go into the afternoon and evening hours. The next several days will be hot and dry.
