    SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A former South Dakota School of Mines student is suing Department of Homeland security secretary Kristi Noem claiming that her immigration documents were wrongfully terminated. Priya Saxena is a doctorate student from India. Court papers say that the School of Mines informed her that her Student and Exchange Visitor Information System immigration record had terminated by the DHS. The actions will prevent her form graduating in May.

    SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — We are learning more about the South Dakota state employee arrested this week on child porn charges. According to a court document, 24-year-old Mohammad Ghosheh of Brookings worked with the Department of Social Services. He is charged with 11 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of exploitation of a minor. He also faces one charge for exploitation of a minor.
