PARKERSBURG, W.Va. (WTAP) - It is going to be a soggy morning across the Mid-Ohio Valley. Light to moderate rain will be around through the morning commute. This will cause some slick conditions on the roads, but there will be no threat of flooding. Towards the afternoon, it will be mostly dry, but a few showers will still be possible. This also included the evening commute. Rain totals will be on the light side compared to last week.

PARKERSBURG, W.Va. (WTAP) - Hopefully the winter coat isn’t in storage because you are going to need it this morning. Temperatures across the Mid-Ohio Valley are going to be in the 20s this morning. Now, there is some good news for the afternoon, we are going to get lots of sunshine. However, it is still going to be on the chilly side. Highs temperatures today will only be in the mid-40s. Breezy conditions will make this afternoon feel like the upper 30s. PARKERSBURG, W.Va. (WTAP) - A few showers will be around this morning, but the threat of heavy rain and more flooding is now behind us. In fact, a majority of rivers across the Mid-Ohio Valley are receding and below flood stage. The only exception is the Hocking River near Athens. That location remains in minor flood stage, but it is expected to fall below that later today.

PARKERSBURG, W.Va. (WTAP) - Rain and storms moving through the Mid-Ohio Valley this morning will become more occasional showers after the commute and into the afternoon. Heavy rain from the overnight hours have prompted more flood warnings across the region. Duck Creek and the Little Muskingum in northern Washington County are already in minor flood stage. If you are driving and run into a closed road sign, turn around.

It is another very cold morning across the Mid-Ohio Valley, but some warmer weather is on the way. Also, after a quiet start to the week, showers will return Thursday and Friday. #ohwx #wvwx https://t.co/HLvOS2gRER
