    A Roscommon school are celebrating once more after they claimed a second All Ireland basketball title in four days. Abbey Community College Boyle claimed the Junior 'C' Girls All-Ireland Schools League title on Friday. The Boyle based secondary school defeated Loreto, Milford 34-28 to cap a memorable week. On Tuesday, Abbey Community School Boyle were crowned All Ireland Minor C champions after they came through a thrilling decider against Glenties of Donegal, to prevail 29-20. 

    King and Moffatt Dr. Hyde Park has been chosen to host an All Ireland U-20B semi final. The meeting of Leitrim and Westmeath in the Dalata Hotel U-20B semi final will be held in King and Moffatt Dr. Hyde Park. The sides will meet on Wednesday, May 14th with the game throwing in at 6.30 p.m.Leitrim progressed through to the All Ireland U-20B semi final after they defeated Galway in Kiltoom to win the Philly McGuinness Cup.

The game opened with Domantas Bernatavicius, on the first play, hitting a long-range three-pointer to set the tempo for the Boyle lads, which they never relented for the rest of the quarter.
