WILLISTON — The Williams County Commission met Tuesday morning and approved two 1% Public Safety Sales Tax application requests from the Williams County Sheriff’s Department. The commission first approved a replacement to the sheriff department’s current Taser system. WILLISTON — Isiah St. Romain has already achieved excellence in football, but now he has hit another milestone in his athletic career. He’s also his head coach’s son’s favorite player. “You should have my six-year-old talk to you because Isiah is his favorite athlete on the planet,” Williston High School Coyotes Daved Lundeen said. St. Romain is already an NDSU-football-committed wide receiver, but he recently scored his 1,000th point for the Coyotes basketball team.

WILLISTON — While a weather system moving through Montana could bring snow to the Williston region this weekend (and colder weather possibly next week), there’s not much for residents to worry about, according to new information from the National Weather Service. Meteorologist Nathan Heinert of the Bismarck NWS office answered questions about the upcoming threat of snow, as well as why this winter is set to be warmer than usual.

Spaceflight and Mouse GroupsTen-week-old C57BL/6 male mice were launched at the Kennedy Space Center (KSC) and spent 35 days aboard the International Space Station (ISS). All mice were maintained at an ambient temperature of 26–28 °C with a 12-h light/dark cycle during the flight. All mice were provided NASA Nutrient-upgraded Rodent Food Bar (NuRFB) and autoclaved deionized water ad libitum.
