    Couldn’t get along without these peopleMy husband is a patient at Regions Hospital, where he is receiving excellent care. We are fortunate to have this hospital serving our community. All of the doctors and nurses and other health care professionals have been wonderful. I have been struck by how many of these people came to our country as immigrants or refugees.

    TOWN OF SUPERIOR, Wis. — A woman found deceased Saturday in Pattison State Park in northwestern Wisconsin has been identified as a Washington County resident. Douglas County (Wis.) Sheriff Matt Izzard has identified her as 65-year-old Kim Creager. She was found three days after she was reported missing. Foul play is not suspected, Izzard said. The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office took the missing person report on Wednesday, March 6, according to a post on the sheriff’s office Facebook page.

    Minnesota hunters shot 158,678 deer during the 2023 hunting season, a lower total harvest than in recent years, the Department of Natural Resources reported this week. The harvest was down 8% from the 2022 season and 14% lower than the five-year average. The greatest decreases were in the northern part of the state, where deer harvest compared with 2022 was 21% lower in the northeast region and 8% lower in the northwest region.

    After eight days missing in Miami Beach, Florida, a Woodbury man was found safe on Tuesday. Bill Llewellyn was last seen about 4 p.m. Jan. 23 on Ocean Drive in Miami Beach while on a vacation with his wife. He also has early-onset dementia. “Uncle Bill was found last night and is with family! Thank you for everyone’s support,” Ben Tilson wrote in a Facebook post on Wednesday. Llewellyn is originally from Woodbury.
