A second man has been charged in a 2024 shooting that injured three teens on the last night of the Minnesota State Fair. Abhor Abdiasis Mohamed, 19, of Minneapolis, was charged with three counts of aiding and abetting attempted murder and two counts of aiding and abetting drive-by shooting. He was booked into Ramsey County jail on Friday and remains in lieu of $2 million bail. His first court hearing has not been scheduled.
